1. Discover
Start by filling out our request form. If you're exploring our Enhanced or Signature services, we’ll schedule a 30-minute discovery session to dive into your vision—this includes a $50 non-refundable deposit, credited toward your planning fee. Click the appropriate form button below to get started.
Already know exactly what you want? Our Essential service level skips the discovery session so we can jump straight to reservations, unlocking VIP perks for the perfect stay.

2. Design
During your session, we’ll help you choose the planning tier that best fits your needs—Enhanced or Signature. Once your deposit is received, your advisor begins crafting your personalized proposal.

Group cruises and itineraries may require additional coordination, including stateroom mapping, onboard logistics, and curated group experiences. We'll guide your Group Manager through each step to ensure a seamless journey.
3. Depart
After you approve your proposal, we’ll invoice for any supplier deposits or trip balances. You’ll receive regular updates and check-ins leading up to your departure, so everything feels seamless from first draft to bon voyage!
