From initial inspiration to final departure, we manage every detail with care, so you can focus on what matters most: enjoying the experience.
1. Discover
Start by filling out our request form to begin your journey. If you're exploring our Luxury Program, we’ll schedule a 30-minute discovery session to dive into your vision—this includes a $50 non-refundable deposit, credited toward your planning fee. Already know exactly what you want? Our Essentials service level skips the discovery session so we can jump straight into planning.
2. Design
During your session, we’ll help you choose the planning tier that best fits your needs—Essentials, Enhanced, or Signature. Once your deposit is received, your advisor will begin crafting your personalized proposal.
Group travel planning may require a custom fee—just reach out for details.
3. Depart
After you approve your proposal, we’ll invoice for any supplier deposits or trip balances. You’ll receive regular updates and check-ins leading up to your departure, so everything feels seamless from first draft to bon voyage!
