PLANNING
We handle all the details so you can focus on enjoying your adventure. From ground transportation and accommodations to guided tours, every element is carefully planned. We use a graduated planning fee structure that applies to single and multi-destination trips—domestic and international. This structure ensures you pay only for what you need and not a penny more.
BOOKING
As proud members of the Fora Travel network and Virtuoso consortia, we leverage globally vetted and secured travel suppliers to apply exclusive amenities, group discounts, and hidden gems to your journey. Booking with us means unlocking perks that elevate you to VIP status. Your custom digital itinerary is included with every full service booking.
We offer three levels of service in the Luxury Program and we are happy to share our level descriptions and prices upon request.
The Stay Experience
Do you know where you want to stay and you're curious if we can unlock VIP perks? Contact us. We love to dig into exclusive supplier offerings to elevate your experience. We do not charge booking fees for commissionable bookings. When a booking is non-commissionable, we will charge 10% of the total booking cost.

ITINERARY ARCHITECTURE
Have you planned the perfect trip and you need help to pull all your planning together into a functional itinerary? We are pleased to offer a personalized digital itinerary as an add-on to your Stay Experience service or as a separate service. You supply the info, we supply a convenient and functional digital itinerary that you can share with everyone in your group!
LOGISTICS ENABLEMENT
This service is optimal for uber planners who lack either time or the desire to pull all the supplier details together for a comprehensive, organized view. What we offer you is a "little black book" of go-to's for your trip conveniently accessed through one click.
