Cancellation Policy

By submitting payment to Kingfisher Luxury Travel, you acknowledge and agree to the following key terms: Kingfisher Luxury Travel acts solely as a travel planning agency and booking intermediary. All travel components—including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and transportation—are provided by independent third‑party Suppliers whose own terms and policies apply. As stated in the agreement, Suppliers are “solely responsible for the Travel Products,” and Kingfisher is not liable for Supplier acts, omissions, delays, or service failures. All Service Fees—including planning, ticketing, change, and cancellation fees—are NON‑REFUNDABLE. Supplier deposits and payments may also be non‑refundable. You are responsible for reviewing all documents promptly and ensuring the accuracy of traveler information, including legal names and passports. Payments require secure authorization and constitute acceptance of all Terms & Conditions, including cancellation and chargeback provisions. Improper chargebacks are prohibited. Travelers are responsible for meeting all entry, visa, health, and documentation requirements. Kingfisher is not liable for denied boarding, missed travel, or losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate documentation. Travel involves inherent risks. By booking, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Kingfisher Luxury Travel to the fullest extent permitted by law. Comprehensive travel protection insurance is strongly recommended, as it is not included in your trip cost.
